Theresa Jackson

Hi, I’m Theresa Jackson.

In 2016, my journey to becoming an author started. I decided to use my experience writing for pharmaceutical companies and my master’s degree in clinical research for something a bit more fulfilling.

I quit my job in medical communications and started writing for people. It was really scary, but by tapping into interesting but incredibly dry scientific research and rewriting it, I found a way to be useful.

I always ask myself one question: why is research done if it’s not going to be used by anyone?

Living Strong After Abuse

Recovering from emotional abuse? This 30-day course is packed full of evidence-based tools and research, providing proven exercises to do at home that will put you back on the right path.

There’s no small need for resources like this one, with one third of women experience abuse during their life time the need has never been greater. Though the effects of abuse can be devastating and long-reaching, abuse recovery does not need to be the focal point of an abuse escapee’s life indefinitely.

Seeing Clearly

Feel like you’re looking through a fog? Gain clarity and see what’s going on.

Being in a turbulent relationship can rob us of our objectivity, and it can feel as though we’re wading through a fog, unsure of who’s right, who’s wrong, what to do and at loggerheads with our partner. We can be totally unaware of whether we’re being treated reasonably or whether it’s us that’s at fault.

With this logbook you’ll finally see clearly using incident analysis based on the art and science of love.

Loss of a Parent

Expert guidance, effective healing exercises and experience from others who have lost a parent.

Theresa lost her father in 2007 and struggled to come to terms with the loss. With a career in medical communications and a Master’s degree in clinical research, Theresa Jackson has combined the most effective resources, healing practices for grief and expert guidance on bereavement.
Sharing hers and others’ personal journeys of coming to terms with the loss of a parent, she hopes to help more bereaved adult children on their healing journeys.
